FAQs

1. Will I get a new license number for every new purchase at PSP Tubes Emporium?

No. All new customers will receive a license and will continue to use their same license on all future purchases. Please be certain that if you change your email address that you write to customer service with your new valid email address so that our records will be up to date.

2. What do I do if I need a new license number?

Please write to customer service with the reasons why. If we feel your reasons are substantial, we will issue you a new license number and remove the old one from our list.

3. Can I share my license/tubes with a friend or family member?

Yes, you may share tubes but only if sharing the same residency. However, you must provide proof of residency (scan of a piece of mail in that person's name) to customer service so that all members of the household may share these tubes. All members of the household, however, will be issued their own individual license number.

4. What do I do if I haven't received my order?

If you have not received your order, contact our customer service department at ptecustomerservice@yahoo.com

5. Can I place a mail order or email manual order?

Unfortunately, no. All orders must be placed through the PSP Tubes Emporium website only. No orders are processed manually.

6. Are gift certificates available?

Yes. We have gift certificates available on the website.

7. I have not received a response from customer service. How long does it take?

Customer service responses can normally take up to 48 hours. Please exercise patience as sometimes we get very busy.

8. Is my private information always secure?

Yes! All transactions are highly secure through both our server and through PayPal.

9. What if I am interested in a commissioned artwork?

We can put you in touch with that artist but that is the limit to what we can do for you, we do not handle private commissions.

10. What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit card payments and PayPal.

11. I lost all of my tubes. How can I get them back again?

It is highly recommended that you back up all of your purchases (either using an external hard drive, flash drive or burning them to a disc). Saving your receipts is also recommended. However, in the event that your computer crashes and you lose your purchases, please contact Customer Service and provide them with any and all information relevant to your purchases.  We do NOT charge for replacing your tubes!

12. How do I report copyright abuse?

We take copyright abuse seriously and encourage reporting any abuse seen. All reports are strictly confidential. You may report abuse by contacting our Copyright Department (contact information can be found in our "Contact" section).

13. Are the Terms of Use for every artist at PSP Tubes Emporium the same?

Yes, but artists may choose to add their own ammendments to our standard terms of use at any time. Any such ammendments will be announced.

14. I previously purchased a PSP Tubes Emporium artist from another licensing company, can I use my PSP Tubes Emporium license number with them?

Unfortunately, no. That would be against the terms of use for both companies. You may, however, exchange your previous license for a PSP Tubes Emporium license granted that the artist has released the specific artwork for which you already hold a license for.

15. If an artist leaves PSP Tubes Emporium , does my license expire?

No. The licenses that you purchase from us are Lifetime Licenses. You will still be able to use your license only on tubes and images you purchased from us. Should an artist license elsewhere, you may not use your PSP Tubes Emporium license on any new images that the artist may release.

16. Can my community group/forum, where I use PTE artwork, contain a donation button?

Yes.  So long as the donations are for the upkeep of your website.  If you require payment for memberships then it would be considered commercial and PTE artwork would not be allowed to be used on your website.  Also, any website/forum/group that sells any sort of services or goods is considered commercial and PTE artwork may not be used on that website.
